Frequently Asked Questions

What is an MP3? A small digital audio file that can be downloaded and stored on a computer or mobile device. We offer all of Bob Yandian's sermons on MP3. Because there is no physical product MP3s cost less then CDs.
Can I download an MP3 to my iPad or iPhone? You will need to download them to a computer first, and then add the files to your iTunes library. We offer streaming playback from our website for most of our series (Excluding very large series). You can press the play button and listen to the streaming audio from any device after you have purchased the series.
What is wetransfer? For large MP3 series we use a file transfer website called wetransfer. If you purchase a large MP3 series that requires wetransfer, you will be provided with a link and a password to download your files.

Do you offer free resources on your website? Yes, we have free articles and select audio and video sermons. Use the menu to locate Articles, Watch, or Podcast. We also have free sermon outlines, leadership audio, and a Greek for Beginners video course available on our Minister's Club website.

Do you offer discounts to groups, churches, schools, and ministers? Yes we do. To receive your discount code please contact us using our contact form, or by email (bym@bobyandian.com), or by call us at 918-250-2207.

When will my order ship? Orders received Monday - Thursday will ship in 24 to 48 hours. Orders received Friday - Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday. **Excluding large CD orders and books on back order**
Does my shipment have a tracking number? Yes, once your order is shipped we will email you the tracking number.

What is your return policy? We do not accept product returns because media can easily be copied. If a product is defective we will replace the product at no cost.

Can I order something I don't see on the website? Yes, the website contains a selection of Bob Yandian's most popular series. If there is something else you would like to purchase please use the custom order button below.
Can I order a custom flash drive with the series I choose? Yes, please use the custom order button below.

What are your office hours? Our regular office hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. Excluding holidays and during our conferences and seminars.

How do I invite Bob Yandian to speak at my church or event? Use our website contact form and please provide as much detail as possible about the church or event including dates. Your request will be forwarded to our Scheduling Director.

What is your privacy policy? Bob Yandian Ministries will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise dispense your personal information. By subscribing to one of our email lists, you are requesting us to send you emails on a periodic basis. You are able to unsubscribe at any time. Personal information is stored on our database server and is not publicly accessible. Furthermore, it is accessed only by those authorized by Bob Yandian Ministries. You can be assured that it will only be used to support your donor/partner relationship with Bob Yandian Ministries.

Is your website secure? When you purchase products through our website, all of your contact and credit card information is secured through Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and the secure protocol HTTP. At no time does Bob Yandian Ministries retain sensitive information such as credit card numbers beyond the life of an order.
